Late To The Party: Jaclyn Hill x Morphe Palette

No, no, I am under no illusion that I am about a year late to the party on this one, but I got this gorgeous palette for Christmas and what sort of blogger would I be if I didn't share with you all just how pigmented and buttery these shadows are ? (sorry, blogger cliche words were used on purpose in the writing of this review).

Firstly, can we all just take a moment for the shade range in this palette? It's not just got your gorgeous neutrals and your fiery red shades, but it also has some insane blues and greens. You really can do anything with this palette, and I have enjoyed using both the crazy colours and the more 'wearable' ones too. If you know me at all, you will know I am a sucker for a red toned eyeshadow, and the reds in this palette have not failed to impress me. Reds are some of those colours that are just impossible to get right in eyeshadows, but Jaclyn definitely managed to get these spot on. The colour payoff is amazing, and not to mention the shine on some of them, they are out of this world.

I've popped some swatches of my favourite colours from the palette down below for you, from left to right they are Hunts, Firework, Creamsicle, Royalty and Twerk. I kid you not guys, every shadow has the perfect amount of colour payoff and the shade range is just spot on. Jaclyn truly created a palette that is usable by everyone.

For these pictures I used Hunts, Firework, Creamsicle and Jacz on my eyes, and it's by far my favourite look I have created with the palette.

I'm a huge fan of the Morphe palettes anyway, so I was under no impression that this palette wouldn't be amazing, but you know when everyone is hyping about a product and it makes you not want it - yes, that happened with this palette. But, nonetheless, I eventually got sucked in and ended up popping it on my Christmas list, and I am so bloody pleased that I did. It's truly my most reached for palette now, and it has replaced my beloved Morphe 35W.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the palette if you already have it! (and I am always all ears for new palette suggestions so please fire them at me)
